Tootsie Roll is so excited to announce TootsUncommon's next event as it accentuates her most favorite of "howl"idays..."Howl"-o-ween! Tootsie will be pulling out all of the stops in order to bring some of her Uncommonly Unique favorites to the fundraiser crowd! She will have several costume changes and all will feature something TootsUncommon in "Paw"fect "Howl"-o-ween get-ups!
