...Cat's Bill of Rights?  Or just a Humane Bill of Rights?  I mean really, isn't that what we all want, to be treated humanely?  The TootsUncommon cats would like to give a shout out to the following right...

Okay, so maybe this is beyond mere survival...a comfy window seat for two that looks out onto two bird feeders...this is a cat's Heaven on Earth!  Oh, and it is filled with some of their favorite toys - felted eggs, an unstuffed fox, feathers, wine foil caps - survival of the fittest, baby!
