...and Tootsie is Dog TiRED! She has been so FIRED-UP for the upcoming event on September 16th at the Vintage 54 Collective that she can hardly keep her eyes open! Look at the BLACK circles around her PUG eyes!! Not to mention the WHITE on her muzzle from the stressful Fashionist lifestyle:)
