She's So Tiny!

Tootsie Roll was TINY as a puppy and is still TINY for a PUG...I like to call her PETITE!!

And so is a 330 square foot home with a porch and a foundation now for sale in Pittsburgh!  We at TootsUncommon LOVE the Tiny House Craze and all things TINY!  So of course we found this story very interesting!

Tootsie Roll and I are questioning the price tag of $109,000.00, but if it brings back the Garfield Neighborhood of Pittsburgh then more power to it!  Another interesting thought is that if this movement of Tiny Houses being built to sell in Pittsburgh is successful...Tiny Homes could become a movement in Cleveland or Detroit where big, vacated lots of land are in huge supply; while cities like San Francisco, where land is in short display, could not support it. 

The small living concept is taking off in major cities like San Francisco and New York, but just on a different scale:

Why do we love TINY?  It forces use to make better choices on the material things we buy.  We are more disciplined on keeping things organized and in their places.  We save money on heating, air and upkeep.  We have more time to enjoy the home because we aren't always fixing things and cleaning spaces we don't use...TootsUncommon encourages you to go TINY!
