Happy 4th of July from TootsUncommon LLC!!

After a morning tree climb and mouse hunt, Pawncha & Betty Kitty suggested Tootsie Roll make some Mexican Sangria to cool off and celebrate the 4th of July!

Tootsie Roll and Lucille were busy beggin' for some hot off the Big Green Egg pork butt so they put the hu"mom" to work on the Mexican Sangria.

3 cups sugar

2 1/2 cups fresh lime juice

12 cups water

1 (1 liter) bottle sparkling water

1 1/2 bottles dry red wine

-Stir together sugar and fresh lime juice in a large punch bowl until sugar is dissolved.  Stir in water, sparkling water, and wine.  Serve over ice with a variety of fruit garnishes!!  Super rica!
