Tootsie Roll and Lucille were busy beggin' for some hot off the Big Green Egg pork butt so they put the hu"mom" to work on the Mexican Sangria.
3 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups fresh lime juice
12 cups water
1 (1 liter) bottle sparkling water
1 1/2 bottles dry red wine
-Stir together sugar and fresh lime juice in a large punch bowl until sugar is dissolved. Stir in water, sparkling water, and wine. Serve over ice with a variety of fruit garnishes!! Super rica!
