Ingenuity

The spring fashionistas are telling us that Peplum will be hot this year!  Sew, what did TootsUncommon do?  You got it!  We created our very own pattern to bring you and your doggie the "Little Black "Puplum" Dress!  As promised at the beginning of the week, here are some pics of the prototypes.  The images are of the front and back of the dress and it will have velcro on one side of each of the straps!  Pretty cute, huh?!
