Tootsie Roll will be telling you a story this week, an updated/pug version that is, of "Poky Little Puppy". So tonight Tootsie wants to give credit where credit is due. What follows is a brief synopsis of the original "Poky Little Puppy":

EVERYONE KNOWS THE STORY of the poky little puppy, who had to go to bed without any strawberry shortcake. This book was one of the original 12 Little Golden Books that launched in October 1942.
